The Role

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues, and following up with customers to ensure they've received quality customer service. You'll also be responsible for completing after-call information and data entry to our system.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.

  • Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues related to products and services.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Address questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that they receive accurate and timely information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they've received quality customer service and to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Complete after-call information and data entry to our system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed.

Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Must currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
  • Reliable high-speed internet required, with the ability to be hard-wired.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
