Job Description:

As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with our Data Analysis team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining databases, data models, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Communicating complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our data analysis practices remain current and effective

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience working with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
