Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also promoting our products and services to potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Promote our products and services to potential new customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) - Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Knowledge of our products and services (training provided) - Fluency in multiple languages (dependent on customer base)
