Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
• Educating customers on various business concepts, principles, and services offered by our strategic partners
• Offering solutions to families in various areas, including legal protection, identity theft, investments, and more
• Preparing effective plans that meet the unique needs and goals of our clients

Requirements and Qualifications
