We’re seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented International Payroll Specialist to join our Global Finance Payroll Team. This is a remote opportunity offering scope for personal and professional growth in a dynamic, multi-country payroll environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing payroll operations across several regions.  

Your Day to Day

As an International Payroll Specialist, you would be working on

  • Asisting in the end-to-end payroll processing for Hungary and other assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaising with in-country payroll providers (ICPs), gather input data, review outputs, and prepare payrolls for approval.
  • Contributing to payroll process improvements and participate in global payroll projects.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and reporting in a structured and organized manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll within an international or multi-country environment.
  • Proficient in Hungarian payroll , other international payroll experience an advantage.
  • Strong command of spoken English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote working environment.
