Job Responsibilities

As a remote data entry representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
  • Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
  • Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
  • Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
  • Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
  • Customer interaction experience is preferred
  • Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Paid training and on-the-job support to ensure your success
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision

* Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
