Role Overview

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive seamless and personalized support, helping them navigate our products and services with ease. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat, email, and electronic message boards
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex queries to senior support staff
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

* Log into the arenaflex chat application and respond to customer messages in a timely and effective manner

  • Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and other queries related to our products and services
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex queries to senior support staff
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

Training and Support

* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions

  • A chat supervisor will be available to assist with any complex customer queries and provide guidance and support as needed

Specifications

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully + Reliable internet connectivity

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications (e.g., CRM, chat platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
