Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative – Benefits and Sales Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and helping clients understand their insurance benefit options. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options and answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
• Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs

Entry-Level Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required
• A High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
