Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering travel-related queries.
- Provide support for customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance customer service effectiveness.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry, is highly desirable.
