Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about arenaflex's products and services - Assisting members with questions related to their health insurance plans, claims, and benefits - Processing and documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently - Resolving customer issues and concerns, striving for first-call resolution - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and product offerings
Qualifications
