The Role

As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's UK merchants, responding to their inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your role will involve:

• Responding to phone calls and cases from merchants, resolving issues, and providing solutions
• Managing a workflow to meet departmental and individual goals, while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless support and service
• Utilizing computerized systems to track information and troubleshoot issues
• Analyzing customer needs and suggesting alternative products or services to meet their requirements
