Your Role

As a Sales Administrator / Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of the sales team, providing critical support to Account Managers and the Business Development Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing data relating to customers in the system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Preparing sales quotes and rates for customers, as well as presentations and communications
• Liaising with Operations departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Updating numbers and changing rates to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong data entry experience, preferably in a sales coordinator or sales and operations-based environment
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills and data entry, with a passion for problem-solving and analytics
• Background in data entry, admin, customer service, accounts, or coordination in complex environments (logistics, transport, construction, manufacturing, etc.)

Nice to Have

While not essential, it's ideal if you have:

• Previous sales admin/Data Entry experience within transport and logistics or sales teams
• Experience using Translogix
• A passion for working in fast-moving, detail-heavy roles
