Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance. You'll engage in live chat conversations to help resolve inquiries about orders, shipping, account issues, product availability, and more. This non-voice support role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Resolving customer concerns regarding orders, returns, payments, and accounts
  • Navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously to provide support
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when needed
  • Maintaining a high level of empathy and patience in all interactions
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in support systems
  • Meeting or exceeding daily performance metrics including response time and resolution rates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM with accuracy
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication
  • Must be located in the United States
