The Department will review applications in this pool as the need arises for new part-time faculty in this area. Candidate Profile Instructor Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• I-CAR Training in Auto Collision Repair
• Five (5) years full-time ?on the line? experience in Auto Collision Repair with some technical knowledge of Auto Body Painting
• Three (3) or more years of supervisory work experience in the Auto Collision Repair industry.

ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certification in Auto Collision Repair is required within the first year of hire. Preferred Qualifications

• AAS (or higher) in Auto Collision Repair Technology
• Teacher's preparation coursework
• Five (5) years current full-time ?on the line? experience in Auto Collision Repair with some technical knowledge of Auto Body Painting or
• Five (5) years recent experience teaching elements of Auto Collision Repair, or
• Five (5) years supervisory experience in the Auto Collision Repair industry.

• Official transcripts are required to be submitted within 2 weeks of offer date for degrees required in the stated Instructor Qualifications.
• Instructors shall have earned required academic credentials at a regionally accredited US institution or a foreign institution having the equivalent of regional accreditation. • Lecture $78.46/hour
• Lab $58.06/hour
• Lecture/Lab $63.16/hour
