Role Summary

We are looking for a Media Production & Assets Manager who can bring creativity, organization, and production expertise together in one role.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is a true “triple threat” in the creative space. We are looking for an expert video editor, a skilled photographer, and a versatile graphic designer who knows how to create memorable content, tell powerful stories, and keep a growing content library organized.

You will play a major role in shaping the look, feel, and voice of our brands. From producing TV commercials and social media content to managing our production studio and digital asset library, this role is ideal for someone who loves both the creative side and the behind-the-scenes organization that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end production of TV commercials, digital ads, social media content, recruiting videos, and marketing campaigns
  • Film, edit, and produce content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Serve as the primary photographer for company events, team photos, office culture shoots, and marketing campaigns
  • Create graphic design assets for internal communications, recruiting, advertising, presentations, and branding initiatives
  • Manage the production studio, equipment inventory, maintenance, and filming schedule
  • Build and maintain an organized digital asset library for raw footage, edited videos, final exports, photos, and archived content
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to prioritize projects, secure filming dates, coordinate talent, and execute creative ideas
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding, messaging, and voice
  • Track audience engagement and content performance to help improve future campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with professional camera equipment, lighting, audio, and production setup
  • Strong photography, videography, and graphic design skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills for project management and content organization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at once
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for producing high-quality work
  • Someone who is collaborative, accountable, creative, and always willing to learn
