Responsibilities

As an Airport Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and ticketing experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting passengers and providing a warm welcome to their travel experience
• Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
• Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
• Lifting and handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds
• Working irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
