Job Summary

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our store management team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers, run the register, and cashier with a smile

• Make purchase suggestions and provide recommendations to customers
• Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
• Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

You're a Great Fit If

* You have retail and customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• You have entry-level management experience, with a willingness to learn and grow
• You're a sales associate or cashiering expert, with a knack for upselling and cross-selling
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and teamwork
• You're motivated to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• You're a team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for working with others

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
