The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests. You'll provide exceptional service, empathy, and efficient solutions to customers and businesses, working closely with other teams to find the best solutions and experiences.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ months of experience in customer service, handling various written and phone communication channels
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant change
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and writing skills, with the ability to write in both formal and informal tones, adapting to the company's tone
- A highly motivated individual who works well in a team
- Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to adapt to multiple problem-solving and concise communication
Typical Responsibilities
* Provide immediate support to written requests via chat, email, web widget, or phone calls: + General Atrato inquiries + How to create a request + Cancellations, and more...
- Provide immediate support to internal team-generated requests through company communication channels
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and empathy
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary base: $10,000 MXN brutos
- Commissions of up to $4,000 MXN brutos
