Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Implementation Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Large Law firm customers during the 3-6 month post-close period
  • Developing and executing account plans to ensure successful onboarding and transition to arenaflex solutions
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders to address client needs and concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues that may impact the customer experience
  • Traveling up to 20% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Juris Doctor or equivalent legal experience
  • Outstanding networking capabilities and a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and executing on account plans and coordinating key stakeholders to positively impact clients
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
