The Role

As a Graphic Designer in our Customer Support team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and support on all matters related to print data preparation. Your extensive knowledge of graphic software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity, Corel, and Quark, will enable you to provide accurate and timely solutions to our customers' queries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and support to customers on print data preparation, including file formats, resolutions, color profiles, and folding techniques.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
