Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing expert travel advice, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and travel goals, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure their travel experience is nothing short of exceptional. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing expert travel advice and personalized recommendations to ensure their travel experience is exceptional.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel-related products and services.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and travel goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Minimum six (6) months experience in customer service field, preferably in a travel or airline industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to accurately type 30 wpm or faster.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license not required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required.

  • Experience in a busy call center or airline/travel environment preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and arenaflex's products and services.
