Job Summary
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing expert travel advice, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and travel goals to provide tailored solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the team.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum six (6) months experience in customer service field, preferably in a travel or airline industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to accurately type 30 wpm or faster.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license not required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required.
- Experience in a busy call center or airline/travel environment preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and arenaflex's products and services.
