Job Summary

As the Head of Customer Management, Strategic Sales, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals, developing and executing account strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a frontline sales leader role with a track record of driving bookings and revenue growth - Strong team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders - Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions - Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions - Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders across the globe - Experience with logistics/LogTech/SaaS background, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends - Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions
