As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be working closely with our engineering, partner, and corporate teams to ensure that our users receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to user inquiries via our ticketing software, providing timely and effective solutions to complex support issues
• Collaborating with our engineering team to recreate and document software bugs, ensuring that issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved
• Investigating the source of data issues, either resolving the issue or submitting a data engineering ticket for further investigation
• Communicating with clinics to resolve issues, providing clear explanations and scenarios to ensure a seamless experience
• Troubleshooting issues quickly, adapting to changing situations, and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
• Working cross-functionally to provide insights on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools
• Streamlining communication and alerts between systems with vendor and industry partners
• Continuously developing and expanding processes to optimize support workflows

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of relevant, technical facing work experience, preferably in a customer support or technical role
• A 4-year college degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or a related field)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in ticket support, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
• Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong ability to empathize with customers
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively
• A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A positive attitude, one-for-all team mentality, and excellent collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in tech/start-up environments is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
