Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our conversational AI and machine learning operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that drive business outcomes across our organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop AI models using the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP)
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into our production systems
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code using languages such as Python, SQL, and PyTorch
- Work with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud to deploy and manage AI models
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize AI model performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for AI development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in AI and NLP, with a focus on conversational AI
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and PyTorch
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud
- Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with NLP and voice biometrics
- Familiarity with retail or healthcare industries
- Experience with group management and leadership
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages
