Job Summary

As an Online Data Entry Representative – Administrative Assistant – Survey Assistant, you'll play a critical role in helping us gather insights and understand consumer behavior. You'll be responsible for completing written and oral surveys, participating in online discussions, and providing feedback on new consumer products. This is a part-time or full-time remote opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete written and oral surveys provided for each panel

• Participate in online discussions and provide feedback on new consumer products
• Utilize products and/or services, if offered, and prepare to discuss before meeting day
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our online system
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 16 years old or older

• Have a smartphone with a functioning camera or webcam on desktop/laptop
• Have access to a reliable internet connection
• Be able to read, understand, and comply with oral and written guidelines
• Have basic PC skills and be proficient in using online platforms
• Have fundamental English written and spoken language skills
• Have a quiet working area free from distractions
• Be able to work independently and manage time effectively
