Job Summary

As an Experienced Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing technical support to individuals seeking health insurance coverage. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, and provide guidance on health insurance options. This is a full-time, seasonal role that offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and technical assistance

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, including regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization) to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices

  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus (but not required)

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
