Key Responsibilities * Engage with fans and followers on behalf of content creators via online chat platforms, ensuring a positive, personalized experience. * Identify opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural, customer-focused manner. * Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. * Maintain detailed records of conversations and transactions in CRM systems. * Collaborate with team members to optimize chat strategies and share best practices. * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
