Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for applying your analytical and technical skills to drive business growth and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on data entry, analysis, and problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive data entry and analysis

• Collaborate with other team members to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
• Stay informed about current advancements in their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Estimate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
• Confirm data and carefully review and verify the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a focus on moving forward
• Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
• Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of need, visibility, and heightening
• May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, information technology)

• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
• Strong knowledge of technical conditions
• Strong knowledge of software development approaches
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with different teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into reasonable solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and focus on multiple and widely varied work streams/tasks
• Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining an effective level of fulfillment in all responsible work; willing to coach others to do likewise
• Ability to educate and tutor others about technical and business subjects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving

• Familiarity with Workday or similar systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
