Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. Your duties will include:
- Interacting with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Anticipating Customer Needs: Proactively identify and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
- Maintaining a Safety Mindset: Prioritize customer and employee safety, adhering to the highest standards of responsibility and accountability.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legal Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Appearance: Meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
