What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Enter and maintain utility account information with high accuracy, ensuring data integrity and quality

  • Verify account eligibility and accessibility for customers, providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
  • Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and learning

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing, demonstrating proficiency in data entry and computer skills
