Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in various systems and tools. You'll review data for errors or inconsistencies, correct any incompatibilities, and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. You'll also verify data accuracy by cross-referencing information from multiple sources, follow standard operating procedures, and participate in training programs. Your collaboration with other remote teams will ensure data integrity, and your self-motivation and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data in various arenaflex systems and tools

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing information from multiple sources
• Follow standard operating procedures and participate in training programs
• Collaborate with other remote teams when necessary to ensure data integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Basic understanding of computers and ability to navigate digital tools

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to type at a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Experience:

* No previous experience required. Freshers, students, homemakers, and career switchers are encouraged to apply

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop

Working Hours:
