A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / HVAC DISPATCHER
As a part-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients and colleagues alike. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients
- Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Assisting with various office tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Past customer service experience, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems
- Familiarity with digital dispatch systems, such as Acowin, is a plus, but not required
