Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm welcome to our store
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a clean and organized environment
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to arenaflex's grooming standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
* A fun and friendly person who is comfortable talking to strangers and building relationships with customers
- A team player who is punctual, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or previous customer service experience is a plus
- You must be at least 16 years of age and pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
