Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our part-time Customer Service team. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional responses. Your role will be critical in resolving issues, providing product information, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while working from Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
