Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software tools and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
