Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined in our comprehensive client training program
- Managing credentialing-related functions, including data entry of applications, verification of vendor resources, and oversight of board certifications
- Conducting follow-ups with state boards and credentialing organizations to procure status updates and verifications
- Ensuring the integrity and precision of credentialing data, adhering strictly to industry compliance standards
- Validating information from external entities through online databases to guarantee accuracy
- Embracing additional responsibilities and tasks as required
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
- Proficient command of the English language
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to support a home-based work environment
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads
Qualifications
