Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to arenaflex products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to arenaflex products and services.
- Assisting customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, we're particularly interested in candidates with experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is also a plus. Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is also an asset.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
