The Role

As a Remote Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with our clients' customers through live chat, providing support, and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to work with various businesses, helping them to build strong relationships with their customers and grow their sales. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Engage in our comprehensive training program to become familiar with our company and responsibilities
  • Log into our live chat system daily to answer customer inquiries and provide support
  • Utilize resources and ongoing support from our dedicated team to ensure success
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Position Details

* Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed duration

  • Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
  • Hours Per Week: Minimum of 15 hours, with potential for more based on availability
  • Location: Fully remote position, with a preference for candidates within the United States

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device with internet capability to access social media and website chat features
  • The ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow instructions
  • A commitment to at least 15 hours of availability per week and a stable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
