Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Amazon account management and e-commerce operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Amazon seller accounts, including updating product listings, monitoring inventory, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Performing accurate data entry tasks, such as inputting product information, prices, and descriptions.
  • Assisting in order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, driving business growth.
  • Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and coordinating tasks.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
