Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting customers with travel needs, such as booking, ticketing, check-in, and flight information
- Supporting ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling
- Maintaining awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assisting with aircraft marshalling and pushback
- Reviewing and coordinating flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates
- Performing gate and ramp duties, such as ticket verification, passenger assistance, and safety checks
- Processing and securing passenger belongings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to obtain airport trusted status
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Authorized to work in the US
Desired Qualifications:
While not required, experience with modern equipment and technologies is highly desirable.
