Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care via phone, responding to account and product inquiries
- Performing account maintenance on our arenaflex Business Credit extension and various Business Plan products
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences, answering questions and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Handling an average of 80-100 calls per day, navigating multiple customer service platforms
- Embodying our company values, ensuring professional treatment of customer requests and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and delivering exceptional results
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in navigating multiple customer service platforms
