Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front line for client support. Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from your home office.
