Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success/Admin to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for conducting non-voice customer follow-ups, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct non-voice customer follow-ups to ensure clients have the resources they need to succeed
- Set up and manage recurring check-ins with clients to maintain open communication and address any concerns
- Monitor campaign dashboards to track client progress and identify areas for improvement
- Perform data entry and email management to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication
- Build and maintain client documentation to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or administrative capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in data entry and email management, with experience using CRM software and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by remote work
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as CRM or project management
- Experience using project management tools, such as Asana or Trello, to track client progress and manage workflows
