Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require that you meet the following technology requirements:

  • A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that's not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that's password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • ISP download speeds on VPN of at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
  • Both hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work from Home Location Requirements

To ensure that you can effectively serve our customers, we require that you live within a 100-mile radius of one of the following locations:

  • 23060 (Richmond, VA)
  • 23320 (Chesapeake, VA)
  • 33634 (Tampa, FL)
  • 89144 (Las Vegas, NV)
  • 75024 (Plano, TX)
  • 19801 (Wilmington, DE)

Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions that exceed customer expectations and meet their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
