The Role

As a Customer Adoption Specialist for AI, you'll play a critical role in driving business value with SAP Business AI solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our international teams and the office of the CTO to achieve high-value propositions with machine learning technology in the daily work of our customers. You'll be a representative for SAP Business AI on internal and external events, demonstrating the value of our solutions to customers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive campaigns to create awareness of the latest AI technology at our customers and internal field organization

• Guide customers through the setup and adoption process of SAP Business AI solutions
• Create learning resources, such as tutorials, webinars, or guides, to support customer adoption
• Track and monitor usage and consumption of AI products
• Work closely with the engineering and product management team to collect and provide structured and actionable feedback

• You have a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as experience with SAP Business AI solutions

• 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as AI, machine learning, or software development
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Experience with SAP Business AI solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on driving business value and improving customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as AI, machine learning, or software development
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Experience with agile development methodologies
