Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to: + Customer information + Sales data + Market trends + Financial reports

• Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, including:

+ Dashboards + Charts + Graphs + Tables

• Support business decisions with data-driven insights, including:

+ Identifying trends and patterns + Analyzing data to inform business strategies + Providing recommendations for data-driven decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, including:

+ Sales and marketing teams + Product development teams + Operations teams

• Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking, including:

+ Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) + Identifying areas for improvement + Implementing data-driven solutions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, data analytics) preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data input applications (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable)
• Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
