Job Summary

As a Data Entry Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our loan processing team by accurately and efficiently entering data, completing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our loan processing system

  • Work closely with loan officers to complete tasks such as sending disclosures, ordering title, and ordering evidence of insurance
  • Answer phone calls and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial services industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in a related field, such as mortgage banking or financial services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
