Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective service solutions to our customers, coordinating and dispatching technicians accurately, and maintaining accurate customer account records. This is a remote opportunity that requires a high level of independence, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and provide prompt service solutions, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians accurately, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service.
  • Enter data to update customer accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Correspond with customers via phone and email, using Microsoft Outlook to manage communication and resolve issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

* Reliable home internet and a quiet work-from-home environment.

  • Must live within 30 miles of Portland, OR.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be computer proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

  • Experience with dispatching or coordinating services.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
