Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to customer complaints and issues, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience
  • Assisting customers with after-sales service issues, handling sales orders and exchanges/returns, and managing customer complaints
  • Providing customer service insights to the arenaflex team to help us improve our services and products
  • Liaising with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery of our products
  • Liaising with our stockist or partners on product delivery and other related matters
  • Handling any other ad hoc duties as designated by the management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in any field + At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the K-Beauty and lifestyle fashion industry + Familiarity with Zendesk and Shopify + Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
