Work from Home Opportunity

This position allows you to use your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) to work from home. Devices must have Windows 10 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and an Ethernet LAN connection for Internet. This means you can work in any quiet and confidential space of your home, using a system you're familiar with.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling if required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• To be over 18 years of age
• The ability to type 25 wpm
• A High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• The ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM
• Meet the Internet Requirements (see below)
• Have a clean and quiet workspace

Internet Requirements

To ensure a stable and secure internet connection, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
• Proof of internet speed required
